These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TOTO (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use the Service if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. Users under 13 should use the Service with a parent or guardian's supervision and consent.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
TOTO offers a Free plan and a paid Basic plan (currently ₹19/month). Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
The Free plan provides a limited daily learning allowance. We may modify free features, daily limits, or show ads on the Free plan at our discretion.
You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOTO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any operational reason.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
